A、B 事業所の喫煙者を対象に、2016 年 11 月の予備調査(A 事業所の喫煙者 126 名)に引き続き、2017 年 6 月と 11 月の 2 回、定期健診後の産業医面談を利用して喫煙者全員(それぞれ 227 名、221 名)に聞き取り形式でアンケート調査を行った。\n結果:加熱式たばこや電子たばこの使用者の割合は、A 事業所では 2016 年 11 月の 26.2% から 2017 年 11月の 51.9% に、B 事業所では 2017 年 6 月の 22.1% から同年 11 月の 35.8% にそれぞれ増加していた。種類別では加熱式たばこ(94.5%)がほとんどを占めた。加熱式たばこの内訳では IQOS が 82.7% を占めたが、このうち 30.8% は紙巻たばこか glo か電子たばこの二重使用であった。導入理由では「健康のため」が最多だったが、健康影響については分からないとする声も多く、情報不足が示唆された。紙巻たばこから加熱式たばこや電子たばこに切り替えた者のうち25.5%が自宅の喫煙場所を屋外から屋内に移しており、受動喫煙を軽視する傾向が示唆された。\n結論:職場においても、情報不足にもかかわらず自身や周囲へ健康リスクの低減を期待して加熱式たばこや電子たばこに切り替える従業員が増加していた。しかし有害性成分が低減されているとはいえ、使用者本人や受動喫煙の健康影響は現時点では不明である。以上から、職場における対応として、正確な情報の収集と従業員への提供、加熱式たばこや電子たばこの使用者への禁煙支援、禁煙区域での使用禁止の指導などを継続することが重要と思われる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_6_description_30":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(コンテンツの種類)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_6_description_5":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"信州公衆衛生雑誌
