The teaching materials and the lesson plan focus on the following point: the new teaching materials and the new lesson encourage high school students to take the initiative about their clothing through reading the chart of statistical resources and discussion. A test consisting of 20 items about choice, wear, care and disposal of clothing was employed in order to examine if there was any statistical change in the awareness of clothing after the lesson.
