Japan"}]},"item_6_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2016-06-27","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"11","bibliographicPageStart":"3","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"78","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"陸水学雑誌"}]}]},"item_6_description_20":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"長野県の諏訪湖では，湖水の浄化に伴って1990年代の終わりから生物群集が大きく変化し，湖内におけるユスリカ類の幼虫の分布や密度にも大きな変化が予想された。本研究では，その実態を明らかにするために，湖の沖帯全域でユスリカ類の分布と密度を調べた。また，沖帯における優占種の一つであるオオユスリカについて，遺伝的構造の解明を試みた。2013年3月に，沖合の17地点で調査を行った結果，オオユスリカとアカムシユスリカの幼虫の平均密度は，それぞれ600個体m-2，および900個体m-2であった。諏訪湖における現在のユスリカ類幼虫の生息密度は，湖の水質が改善し始めた2000年代初頭に比べるとやや増加していると推定された。中でもオオユスリカ幼虫の増加は顕著であった。諏訪湖沖帯のオオユスリカ幼虫についてミトコンドリアCOI（658bp）の塩基配列を解読した結果，
