ヵ所に質問票を送付し回収、解析を行った。\n結果：11 ヵ所の全ての保健所より回答があった。平成27 年度から平成29 年度の3 年間において、すべての保健所でいずれかの実習・研修の受け入れが見られ、受け入れ人数の合計は医学生200 人、看護学生809 人、栄養士養成校生254 人、薬学生149 人、獣医学生19 人、研修医86 人であった。実施期間の中央値は看護学生、栄養士養成校生では約5 日、その他の分類では約1 日であった。座学の割合の中央値は、看護学生、栄養士養成校生、研修医では約30%、その他の分類では49% またはそれ以上であった。受け入れの担当は、医学生・医師では総務課事務職であったが、その他ではそれぞれの専攻に対応する職種が担当となっていた。受け入れにあたり、マニュアルは活用されておらず、実習・研修の受け入れの都度に検討するとした保健所が最多であった。重視している内容は薬学生・獣医学生を除き、実務の理解としている保健所が70% 以上で見られた。全ての保健所でいずれかの実習・研修の受け入れが負担となっていた。\n考察：県内保健所は地域医療人材の育成に関与しており、座学の割合が低く、実践的な実習となっていることが明らかとなった。また、研修医に対する研修は必須科目から除外後にも受け入れが見られた。一方、マニュアルが整備・利用されていない点、一部の実習・研修で座学の割合が高い点、受け入れが負担となっている点などの課題も見られた。これらの課題に対しては、依頼側が実習・研修の時期や実施期間について配慮を行うこと、依頼元との間で事前調整することや既存のマニュアルを活用することが対策として考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_6_description_30":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ（コンテンツの種類）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_6_description_5":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"信州公衆衛生雑誌
