The ultimate purpose of this guideline was for students to acquire "IKIRU-CHIKARA" (life ability). Statistical results of questionnaires showed that many students were lack of exercise. Their nutrition valance wasn't good. Especially, calcium was insufficiently. Many students ate junk food much late at night. But after 6 times health care classes, students recognized their present unhealthy life style and knew the importance of exercise, balanced food and keeping early hours. From the results, we found the problems of nowadays students' health and students could recognize what is healthy life and how to have it.
