: 看護基礎教育における協同学習のあり方への示唆を得るために, 看護学生の協同学習に対する認識の実態と影響要因を明らかにした. 方法 : 中部地方のA大学の看護学生131名を対象に, 無記名自記式質問紙法で行った. 結果 : 二項ロジスティック分析の結果, 協同作業認識尺度の影響要因として, 高校での協同学習経験, 学習満足度, ソーシャルサポート, 対人葛藤方略スタイル及び仮想的有能感の他者軽視が確認された. 考察 : 協同作業に対する認識には, 学生の職業アイデンティティやコミュニケーション力, 過去のネガティブ体験などが影響している可能性があり,
