| 内容記述 | In this paper, a school reform project "Ashita mo hayakuikitai gakkou tukuri" was introduced and discussed. In order to prevent various recent school problems, bullying such as school refusal, violence, and anti-social behaviors, the reform project was plan. At a junior high school, the project was implemented for 3 years. Cooperation with people at the area and improvement of self-esteem of students and teachers were two important goals of the project. The school system has been changed and the teacher and students in the school have become more positive in their attitude toward school. The people at the area were more engaged to the school. | |||||||
