In English learning, it is considered to be one of the most important purpose to improve foundation of oral communicative abilities. In order to improve their abilities, digital portfolio assessment using video were effective because it enables the students reflect on their own performances. Using computer network system called Studynote, the students exchanged their pages with self-estimation on their video reflections which were recorded their reading or reciting performances and gave advices each other. Through this sequence of study, the students were able to reflect their learning process and learned to improve their reading or reciting abilities.
