sp.)は,二生吸虫の第一中間宿主である.二生吸虫が生活環を形成するには第二中間宿主や終宿主となる他の生物が必要である.二生吸虫に寄生されたカワニナは繁殖能力を失うなどの影響を受けることが多い.環境の差異が二生吸虫相や感染率に差異をもたらすと仮定し,環境の異なる2地点においてカワニナに寄生する二生吸虫相,感染率及び魚類相･鳥類相を調査した.また,繁殖能力への影響を調査するため,感染個体と非感染個体で胎児殻数の比較を行った.東京都港区の有栖川宮記念公園のカワニナからはNotocotylus magniovatus がセルカリアとして1種検出された.また,東京都あきる野市の多摩川水系秋川のカワニナからはNotocotylus magniovatus,Asymphylodora innominata, Cercaria nipponensis がセルカリアとして3種検出された.カワニナの二生吸虫平均感染率は有栖川宮記念公園で3.39％(678個体中23個体),秋川で3.10％(580個体中18個体)だった.また,感染個体と非感染個体で胎児殻数の比較から,二生吸虫の感染はカワニナの繁殖に影響を及ぼすことがわかった.", "subitem_description_type": "Abstract"}]},
