 note = {The aim of this paper is to examine the cause of the "burnout" of the teacher from the viewpoint of the traits of the relationship between teachers and students in reconsidering Japanese school system. Japanese teachers tend to depend too much on the ideal relationship between teachers and students. It is true that this ideal has had a good influence on teachers' mental-health, but recently it has been found to have bad influence on it, because children have radically changed their values and they don't necessarily share the same ideal relationship between teachers and student with the teacher.
