 note = {This paper studied the structure of Kanjiro Higuchi's instruction theory of "Activism" and its influence on the actual condition in school activity at that time, and examined the relationship between the theory and practice. The effect of studies showed that (1) Higuchi's "Activism" had two features, one is supporting children's "self-activity" and the other is thinking the rule and order seriously.
