This research is to reconfirm and find the fact that excellent leaders and veteran players have insightful eyes to see through an inner structure of the movement, by observing various phenomena of the cross-country skiing in the sports field. In short, this research is the one which sees through the movement with aesthetic eyes in the observation of movement.
