 note = {Palmoplantar pustulosis is a stubborn disease with repeated aseptic small pustulations on the palms and soles of the feet. Chronic tonsillitis and chronic odontogenic infectious lesions are suspected as one of the causes of the disease.Recently it has been reported that allergy to dental metals may be a cause of the disease. In this study we report three cases of palmoplantar pustulosis where metal allergy was suspected to be the cause.
