 note = {A 37-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital complaining of bloody stool. Barium enema and colonoscopy showed diffuse small polyps in colon and rectum,and two large polyps in the sigmoid colon.She was diagnosed as having familial adenomatous polyposis. Total colectomy was conducted laparoscopically through five trocars,and an ileal J-pouch and rectal anastomosis were performed.The operating time was 5 hours and 38 minutes and intraoperative blood loss was slight. On the third postoperative day she began to have bowel movement and flatus,and she started oral intake on the fifth postoperative day.The postoperative course was excellent.We consider laparoscopic resection is very useful technique., Article, 信州医学雑誌 49(1): 19-22(2001)},
