 note = {Ａ 23-year-old man,who had undergone patch closure of a ventricular septal defect and mitral valve plasty at ２ years old and mitral valve replacement (Björk-Shiley 25mm) at 6 years old, complained of shortness of breath and was diagnosed with artificial valve failure.Re-re mitral valve surgery was perfomed via a right thoracotomy because of severe adhesion and rotation of the mitral valve position.The perioperative course was uneventful.
