Scrape cytology of the nipple revealed class V, leading to the suspicion of Paget disease.The mammogram showed microcalcification in the right breast tissue.However,neither ultrasonogram nor palpation could detect any tumor there. It was diagnosed as non-invasive ductal carcinoma and modified mastectomy was performed. Breast cancer was localized to the nipple and no malignant cells were revealed in the breast tissue pathologically. This means that the microcalcification was a lesion due to mastopathy, not non-invasive ductal carcinoma., Article, 信州医学雑誌 47(6): 513-517(1999)}, pages = {513--517}, title = {乳腺Paget病の1例 : 微細石灰化を伴う乳腺症併存例}, volume = {47}, year = {1999} }
