To address the actual situation or how they were consumed, We studied about the habit of taking NSF using 65 point questions for female students in college. The results clarify as follows : (1) many students who usually cooked meals by themselves, have NSF including well-balanced drink once or more times. (2) In the most case, Some clinical symptoms due to the lack of nutrition lead them to begin taking NSF, although the reason is variable. In addition, it was often recognized that NSF were incorrectly consumed. These results indicate that the habit of taking NSF is strongly concerned with the eating habits.
