The samples include 155 nursing students who have completed their nursing practice between 1997 and 1999. The questionnaires, developed from the concept of Bandura by us, were used for the assessment of the self-efficacy and sources of information. A t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient were applied for the analysis of whole samples, and Mann-Whitney, Wilcoxon for the lower scored group. The results are as follows : (1) Self-efficacy was rated with three subscales, accepting attitude, professional attitude, and respecting attitude , and significantly higher scores were marked after clinical practice in all subscales. (2) Significant positive correlation was found between the self-efficacy subscales and the three subscales of the sources of efficacy information, measured as enactive attainment, vicarious experience, and affective states. (3)Among the samples with lower self-effincacy before practice,those who have also scored poorly after the practice had scored particularly lower in professional attitude and showed its poor increase. They were also found to have experienced less in the three subscales or the sources of efficacy information, enactive attainment, vicarious experience ,and affective states , compared to those with increased self-efficacy., Article, 紀要 26: 25-34(2001)}, pages = {25--34}, title = {看護学生の臨地実習前後における自己効力感の変化と影響要因}, volume = {26}, year = {2001} }
