The feelings of student with many nursing situations were gathered and categorized by KJ method, and names were given to each category. The names reflected the student's consciousness through nursing practice. Every aim had 4~11categories, and showed the important points of nursing. Then, upon checking the aims of practice, the student's consciousness were led to the learning by the teacher. Students also evaluated by themselves the effectiveness of this approach. As a result, We recognized that students could increase their consciousness significantly.
