One is to investigate idealistic and realistic images of nursing held by nursing students of this university. The other is to analyze various factors influencing both images. 1. The ideal image consists mainly of 5 factors-f1(humane), f2 (how worthwhile the work is), f3 (circumstances at work), f4 (attitude toward the speciality), f5 (essence). The real image consists mainly of 5 factors - f1 (attitude toward the speciality), f2 (humane) f3 (how worthwhile the work is), f4 (circumstances at work), f5 (essence). 2. Third grade students tend to have a positive view of idealistic images especially of the speciality itself and the circumstances surrounding it. However, they tend to have a negative view of realistic images-he worthwhileness of the work. 3. Various factors influence the ideal view - circumstances at work and the specialty itself. These factors also influence the realistic view-worthwhileness of the work. These factors are influenced by the overall background of the various students., Article, 紀要 21: 77-90(1996)}, pages = {77--90}, title = {看護学生の看護婦イメージに関する研究 : 理想と現実の学年別比較}, volume = {21}, year = {1996} }
