This paper examine B. Historicity of idea of love as devotion is frequently pointed out. We can certify it by knowledge given by social history, but its historicity and relativity do not result in criticism of this idea. Instead I prove that if we adopt definition of love we cannot but admit principle of self-decision and contract in family relationship, duties on family members become denied.
