@article{oai:soar-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp:00006917, author = {高宮, 脩 and 加藤, 亮二}, journal = {紀要}, month = {Feb}, note = {A comparison was made among factor VII amidolytic activities on a chromogenic substrate assay using tissue factors from human brain (HB-TF), rabbit brain/lung (RB/L-TF) and bovine brain (BBITF). Factor VII amidolytic activities using HB-TF showed linearity between absorbance (A₄₀₅nm) and diluent concentration of normal pooled-plasma on log-log paper, but not RB/L-TF and BB-TF. In normal individuals, factor VII amidolytic activities using three tissue factors were given close agreement (p>0.05). In patients receiving stabilized oral anticoagulation, factor VII amidolytic activities using RB/L-TF (r=0.828) and BB-TF (r=0.742) correlated well with that using HB-TF, respectively. Factor VII amidolytic activities using RB/L-TF (62.7±23.8%.) Were somewhat higher than those from HB-TF (56.1±22.50/.) and BB-TF (56.1±22.7%). In all kinds of disease containing liver disease, factor VII amidolytic activities using RB/LTF (r=0.771) and BB-TF (r=0.769) correlated well with that using HB-TF, although factor VII amidolytic activities using BB-TF (108.8±34.7%) were somewhat higher than those from HB-TF (92.8±35.2%) and RB/L-TF (95.0±31.7%), In eleven factor VII deficiencies with CRM⁻, factor VII amidolytic activities using RB/L-TF (3.9±3.0%) was somewhat higher than those using remaining two tissue factors, HB-TF (2.1±1.8%) and BB-TF (2.4±1.4%)., Article, 紀要 21: 127-132(1996)}, pages = {127--132}, title = {ヒト,ウサギおよびウシ臓器由来の組織因子を用いた第Ⅶ因子アミダーゼ活性の比較}, volume = {21}, year = {1996} }
