Factor VII amidolytic activities using HB-TF showed linearity between absorbance (A₄₀₅nm) and diluent concentration of normal pooled-plasma on log-log paper, but not RB/L-TF and BB-TF. In normal individuals, factor VII amidolytic activities using three tissue factors were given close agreement (p>0.05). In patients receiving stabilized oral anticoagulation, factor VII amidolytic activities using RB/L-TF (r=0.828) and BB-TF (r=0.742) correlated well with that using HB-TF, respectively. Factor VII amidolytic activities using RB/L-TF (62.7±23.8%.) Were somewhat higher than those from HB-TF (56.1±22.50/.) and BB-TF (56.1±22.7%).
