A blood sugar value is one of the most important items in blood tests, and it varies with meals or exercises. Therefore it is necessary to establish a simple and accurate method for measuring glucose concentration. A glucose sensor is newly invented by applying SOS (Silicone On Sapphire)/ISFET (Ion Sensitive Field Effect Transistor).
