Students are grouped under the four wards of the internal medicine department. We have conference for the purpose that students can share all clinical practices with these four groups and clarify their knowledge. They make out case reports to prepare for the conference, reviewing their nursing. In this paper, we examine the educational effect of the group joint conferences by analyzing these case reports. Results were as follows: 1) The ages taken up in cases are various with many aged. 2) Students pick up the disease characteristic to each ward. They learn nursing, putting more emphasis on stage and symptom of a disease rather than on disease itself. 3) Every group pays attention to cases almost in the chronic or terminal stage, and thoroughly investigates necessary care for each stage. 4) With reflection on their nursing, students are steadily achieving the aims of the practice., Article, 紀要 17: 45-58(1992)}, pages = {45--58}, title = {成人看護学実習(内科系)におけるグループ合同カンファレンスの教育効果の検討}, volume = {17}, year = {1992} }
