The aim of this unit is understanding the meaning of eating habits for mankind as well as improving the ability in their diet-help for the patients. We thought the achievement of the purpose would be greatly influenced by their diet-help experience included in clinical practice in the 3rd year. We investigated the change in eating habits of the students who had already learned about the meaning, when their daily life was centering around clinical practices. We also tried to know how they experienced diet-help practice, and how they appreciated their accomplishments of the unit purposes. Results were as follows : 1) During practice, many students paid much attention to their meals, keeping three times a day, and considering the ballance of nutrition. But as their hours were mostly dedicated to practice, their mealtime tended to be irregular. They have only a few minutes to spend for preparing meals, so they sometimes made use of various convenience foods, which made students pay much money for food. 2) Almost all students experienced diet-help for the patients, but they could not fully exchange their experiences each other. 3) Most of the unit perposes have been achieved more than sixty per cent. Students could attain them chiefly through clinical practice., Article, 紀要 15(2): 33-48(1990)}, pages = {33--48}, title = {単元「栄養と食生活」学習成果の検討 : 臨床実習中の学生の食生活の実態をふまえて}, volume = {15}, year = {1990} }
