At first, for studing imitation, We discussed the importance of developmental approach. Secondly, We investigated imitation from the standpoint of interpersonal relation, Comparing the theory of Piaget with that of Bowlby. In consequence, We adopted the concept of social consciousness of interpersonal adjustment. The result was that bodily attachment and unintentional imitation may be attributed to the same and identical process (we call it assimilative behavior) in a very early infancy. At the later stage, the former develops into psychological attachment, while the latter into intentional imitation. And we pointed out that assimilative behavior occurs even in the adulthood, where unconscious mechanism is dominant., Article, 紀要 15(1): 31-43(1990)}, pages = {31--43}, title = {対人関係と模倣の発達}, volume = {15}, year = {1990} }
