Students in these clinics are separated into four or five wards so that they can study characteristic nursing processes of their own. However, in this way they cannot get the information of other wards. To make up this point, we have group joint conference for the purpose of sharing all clinical practices and clarifying their knowledge. In this paper, we summarized the educational effect of the group joint conference, basing on the data at the conference and the opinionare to the students. The results were as follows; 1) From the data at the conferences, we can recognize that they took up the Characteristic problems of nursing, and that students could study and know each other's experiences, 2) One of the effective things in these conferences is self preparation of their materials and self management of the meeting. Teachers and teaching nurses helped them at the process making and joined the meeting for the discussion. 3) On the other hand, Some students complained of the time pressure with group work and the conference, saying it was a big burden in mind and body.
