"要旨：本研究は、予防的フットケア教育の効果を明らかにすることを目的とし、足病変のリスクが低い糖尿病患者46名に予防的フットケア教育を行った。結果、予防的フットケア教育は、予防的フットケアを行う自信の強化、自己管理行動の増加、足病変発症の予防につながっていることへの実感、足病変の知識の習得につながった。一方で、足に症状が出現した時の医療機関への受診行動にはつながらなかった。本研究で行った教育は効果が認められた。足に症状が出現した場合、同一医療機関でフットケアを受け入れることができる環境作りが示唆された。",
