2007"}]},"item_6_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-04","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"10","bibliographicPageStart":"5","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"4","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"信州公衆衛生雑誌"}]}]},"item_6_description_20":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的:青年期から中年期に対する生活習慣病の一次予防の効果的なアプローチの方策を探るため、この年代の食生活の特徴と思われる外食や調理済み食に着目し、その利用状況と、利用した場合の栄養素摂取の課題について検討した。方法:平成19年度県民健康・栄養調査結果を用いて、20歳から50歳代の外食や調理済み食を利用した人の割合と、利用した場合と利用しなかった場合の栄養素等摂取量等の比較を行った。結果:外食や調理済み食を利用する人の割合は高く、食環境整備として、外食や調理済み食に着目した取組は有効であると考えられた。外食や調理済み食を利用した場合は、利用しなかった場合に比べて生活習慣病の一次予防の観点から積極的な摂取が必要な食物繊維や、食事由来摂取量の増加が望ましいと思われる葉酸が少なく、過剰摂取が課題となっている脂質が多いことや、食塩を多く摂取しがちな食事内容であるといった課題があることが示唆された。結論:健康づくりへの関心が薄い青年期から中年期をターゲットとした生活習慣病の一次予防の取組として、外食等の場において、健康づくりに配慮したメニューの提供や、生活習慣病予防に関する情報提供がなされるよう、外食や食品関連事業者と連携した取組が有効であると考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_6_description_30":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(コンテンツの種類)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_6_description_5":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"信州公衆衛生雑誌
