"目的:某社における麻疹のアウトブレーク(outbreak)を機会に、麻疹抗体価陽性者を増やすことを目的として某社入社予定者に対して事前のワクチン接種勧奨を行い、抗体価陽性者増加の効果を検証した。方法:87名(平均年齢20.7±2.6歳、男性80名、女性7名)の2008年度入社予定者を対象に、麻疹罹患歴が無い、あるいは麻疹ワクチン接種歴が1回以下であることの確認を求め、該当する者をワクチン接種勧奨対象者とし、入社前の自主的なワクチン接種を求めた。結果:ワクチン接種対象である66名のうち50名(75.5%)が入社前にワクチン接種を受けた。2008年に入社した87名のうち、抗体価陽性者85名(97.7%)、抗体価陰性者は2名(2.3%)、疑陽性者0名であり、2007年に入社した49名(平均年齢22.1±2.5歳、男性45名女性4名)のうち、麻疹発症者3名、体調不良により抗体検査を実施しなかった者1名を除く45名のうち、抗体価陽性者37名(82.2%)、抗体価陰性者3名(6.7%)、疑陽性者5名(11.1%)と比して、陽性者の割合は有意に高かった。2008年入社の抗体価陰性者2名はワクチン接種対象であったが事前のワクチン接種をしていなかった。考察:企業における入社前の麻疹ワクチン勧奨により麻疹抗体価陽性者増加の効果が認められた。",
