{"created":"2021-03-01T06:11:16.773768+00:00","id":7430,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"7eb91130-0e1d-4fbf-8e17-676b46e7375d"},"_deposit":{"id":"7430","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"7430"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:soar-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp:00007430","sets":["461:851:852:866"]},"author_link":["18414","18415","18416","18417","18418"],"item_1628147817048":{"attribute_name":"出版タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_6_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2009-02","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"34","bibliographicPageStart":"29","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"3","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"信州公衆衛生雑誌"}]}]},"item_6_description_20":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的:松本保健所管内事業所内の特定給食施設等における、従業員に対する栄養管理及び健康教育の実態を把握し、特定給食施設等を健康づくりの推進をするための社会資源の一つとして活用するための支援の仕方について検討した。方法:平成18年12月から平成19年3月の期間に、松本保健所に届出のある特定給食施設等のうち、事業所、寄宿舎等の給食施設運営者37施設を対象とし、郵送法でアンケート調査を行った。調査項目は、従業員(寄宿舎入所者)の健康に関する情報の把握状況、健康増進を考慮した食事提供、健康情報の提供、食事バランスガイドの活用、健康増進法第21条の認知等の項目である。結果:給食利用者の健康状態を把握している施設は全体の45.9%であった。利用者の栄養状態に基づいた給与栄養目標量の設定をしている施設は51.4%であった。施設の規模別にみると、規模の小さい準特定給食施設では、25.0%の施設が給食の給与栄養目標量の設定をしているのみであった。健康情報の提供は全体の89.2%で実施していた。具体的な健康教育については29.7%で実施をしていたが、準特定給食施設では実施している施設はなかった。特定給食施設を規定している健康増進法の内容を知っていると答えた施設は73.0%であった。結論:松本保健所管内の特定給食施設及び準特定給食施設を、従業員に対する栄養管理、健康教育の場として活用するためには、まず特定給食施設の役割を自覚して、給食運営を実施できるような、研修会などの集団的な介入による啓発と施設の実態に即した具体的な個別支援が必要であると考えた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_6_description_30":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(コンテンツの種類)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_6_description_5":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"信州公衆衛生雑誌
