年度から｢新研修医制度｣が実施され､医療の過疎化や医療の質の格差がますます拡大しつつある。平成14年4月から本学の看護実践国際研究センター地域貢献研究部門に｢遠隔看護基盤研究プロジェクト｣を立ち上げて遠隔看護機器とシステムの開発等に着手し、平成17 年12
