2年が経過。平成24年度の出動件数は460件(現場活動328件,キャンセル87件,施設間搬送45件)であった。当施設の特徴は次の4点である。 ①キーワード方式に「心停止」を取り入れ,オートパルスを持参し,ヘリ搬送を行い,社会復帰した症例も経験した。 ②活動範囲が広大で,傷病者接触までに時間を要する。そのため,一旦傷病者を直近病院へ収容しヘリで高次医療機関へ搬送する「緊急外来搬送」を行っている。 ③昨年度作成した「協働手順」をもとに管轄7消防本部を対象にシミュレーション訓練や意見交換を開催。問題点,疑問点が確認でき,円滑な活動が可能となってきている。 ④佐久との一体的運用として,ドクターヘリ作業部会の立ち上げや複数傷病者事案に対するマニュアル作成に取り組んでいる。フライトナースの役割として現場のコーディネートがある。今後も,シミュレーション訓練や意見交換を継続して行っていき,病院前から看護師としての特性を生かして活動を行っていく必要がある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10_description_30":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ（コンテンツの種類）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10_description_5":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録
