"造血幹細胞移植ではクリーンルーム(以下CR)へ入室し、無菌管理を行うのが一般的であり、小児の場合は母子分離が余儀なくされることが多く、当病棟でも生着が確認されるまでは家族は入室していない。しかし、文献の中にはCRへの家族の入室を許可している報告もあった。本研究は、小児造血幹細胞移植を実施している全国106施設を対象とし、どのくらいの施設が家族の入室を許可しているのかを調査し、当病棟でも実施可能であるかを検討した。その結果、9割以上の施設が家族入室を行っており、入室に大きく関っていることは家族への感染対策の教育であった。",
