"当病棟は院内で最も超過勤務時間が多い。中でも記録時間の占める割合が大きく,病棟の業務改善課題であった。そこで看護の質を維持しながら記録時間を短縮するために,チェックリスト化した肺葉切除のクリティカルパスを,看護記録用紙として採用した。試行後の看護婦アンケートでは,全員の看護婦が「記録時間は短くなった」と答えた。また,チェックリスト化した記録用紙を用いることで「不都合を感じるか」について質問したところ看護婦では15名中14名,医師では5名全員が「不都合は感じない」と答えた。「看護業務の均一化が図れるようになったか」については看護婦15名中12名が「なった」と答えている。以上より肺葉切除のクリティカルパスを,看護記録用紙として使用することは,記録の効率化と看護業務の均一化の面において有効であると判断される。",
