"救急・集中治療に携わる看護婦は疲労が蓄積しやすいと言われている。そこで,我々は,当院ICUの疲労実態の把握を目的とし,当ICU看護スタッフを対象に蓄積疲労徴候調査(CFSI)を用いて基本パターンと4-5月期・11-12月期,の蓄積疲労の比較検討を行った。一般女性勤労者に比べ,両時期ともにCFSIすべての項目において疲労の訴え率は高かった。また,4-5月期の調査結果に比べ,11-12月期の調査では「気力の減退」,「労働意欲の低下」の平均訴え率は上昇傾向にある結果を得た。これらより,当院ICU看護スタッフは他の職種と比較して心身の疲労を訴える率が高く,要因として,猪下らによるICUの特性である精神的生産報酬が得にくく,仕事を通しての満足感・生きがい・自己実現感の得られない状態が関与している事が考えられた。",
