{"created":"2021-03-01T06:12:21.463970+00:00","id":8498,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"6f6f3fe1-a9e8-4881-9566-09beaaf54d12"},"_deposit":{"id":"8498","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"8498"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:soar-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp:00008498","sets":["882:884:885:898"]},"author_link":["24473","24474","24475","24476","24477","24478","24479"],"item_10_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2001-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"141","bibliographicPageStart":"139","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"30","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録"}]}]},"item_10_description_20":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1999年より信大病院へのPHSの導入が始まった。その利点と問題点について,PHSを用いた携帯端末から体温表システムへのワイヤレス入力の試みとあわせて検討した。開発に先立ち,すでに導入されている業務用携帯端末の機能を再検討し,必要な測定数値ならびに看護オーダーマスタを試作携帯端末に移行した。また,PHSと試作携帯端末をコネクタでつないで,データをベッドサイドから体温表システムに転送できるようにした。試作携帯端末の利点は,体温表を手書きしなくてもよい,転記ミスがないなどが上げられた。問題点は文字が小さい,画面展開に時間がかかる,PHSでの接続に時間がかかる,文字入力ができないなどであった。従来から用いられている電子化体温表の利点は医局で患者の情報が閲覧できる,体温表の紛失がないことなどであり,問題点は携帯端末からのデータ送信に時間がかかる,患者一人分の情報しか見られないなどがあげられた。PHSの利用率は100％であった。利用方法は,特定の看護婦,医師と連絡をとるときであり,利点は連絡が直接・確実にとれる,病棟内での一斉放送が減った点であり,問題点は途中で通信が切れる,患者との会話が中断されるなどであった。試作携帯端末,体温表,PHSともに年代別による利用率に差はなかった。試作端末の利用率の低さには,当初の意図である情報の入カー表示時間差の解消という要因よりも端末の使いにくさの要因のほうが強くはたらいていると考えられる。今回の試作ワイヤレス携帯端末は接続の時間が負担に感じられることが多いので,ベットサイド入力にはあまり通していないと考えられる。一方,ドック転送型の携帯端末を用いた電子化体温表は支持をひろげつつある。しかし,ワイヤレス携帯端末や体温表と連動させて通信システムを確立させていくためにはレスポンスの改善が必要である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10_description_30":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ（コンテンツの種類）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10_description_5":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録
