"院内感染を起こす原因の一つと考えられる,医療従事者の手の細菌汚染に関して,看護婦の通常の業務のうち,引き継ぎ・検温・清潔行為をとりあげ,手荒れの有無による手指の付着菌の実態について比較検討した。また,液状消毒剤ヒビスコールとゲル状消毒剤ウエッシュクリーンゲルの消毒効果および手荒れの影響について比較検討した。その結果,①看護業務では,全てにおいて細菌汚染があり,特に清潔業務で強く認められた。②液状,ゲル状消毒剤の効果は同等で,手荒れに対する影響にも違いは認められなかった。③手荒れのある人は,手荒れの無い人と比べ,消毒剤の効果は弱く,消毒後にも多くの残存菌が認められた。④MRSAは,単発的に検出され,手荒れの有無にかかわらず消毒後にも認められた。",
