Transplantation)を経験した。しかし,生体部分肝移植に対しての看護マニュアルは,初期に骨髄移植を参考にして作成されたマニュアルに随時改定を加えながら使用していたので,統一されたマニュアルはなかった。看護婦のローテーションに伴い,移植を経験したことの無い看護婦が,直ぐにケアを実施しなくてはならない状況になった。そこで,確実な看護ケアが行えるように1)全身状態の観察(V.Sの観察,水分出納の観察),2)輸液管理の実際(投与方法を含む),3)術後合併症の予防と早期発見(肝不全,腎不全,出血,高血圧,術後イレウス),4)感染予防(予防対策の実際),5)免疫抑制剤(投与方法と工夫点),6)日常生活援助(入院中の援助,ドナーに対して,レシピエントに対して,退院後の注意点)などの具体策を記入したLRLTの看護マニュアルを作成した。LRLTはレシピエントとドナーが同時に病床にある特殊な手術である。その看護では様々な看護目標が上げられるが,最終目標はレシピエント及びドナーの両者が元気に退院する事である。現在,LRLTの看護は他の手術と比較しても大差のない日常的な周術期看護が展開されている。マニュアルを基に,さらに理解を深め確実な看護ケアを実施したい。",
