{"created":"2021-03-01T06:12:28.185609+00:00","id":8608,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"604ab39a-25fe-4b0f-9fea-3e2d8ce317e6"},"_deposit":{"id":"8608","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"8608"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:soar-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp:00008608","sets":["882:884:885:901"]},"author_link":["24903","24904","24905","24906","24907"],"item_10_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1998-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"138","bibliographicPageStart":"127","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"27","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録"}]}]},"item_10_description_20":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"質の良い看護介入によって在院日数を短くすることが可能か,どの位医療効率をあげる事ができるのかの検討は,医療に従事している我々自身が取り組まなければならない課題である。我々は,特定機能病院における入院患者の実態を把握し,看護との関連性を明らかにした上で,看護の在り方を確立していきたいと考え取り組んでいる。今回は,退院していく患者を対象に長期入院患者の実態調査を行った結果から看護との関連性について検討を加えた。調査の結果から以下のことがわかった。①今回の調査対象者(14日以上の在院日数で退院した人)のうち,31日以上入院した人は59%であった。②在院日数の延滞した人の方が不安を抱えている比率が高かった。不安の種類としては,病気の予後と痛みのコントロール,日常生活の障害等であった。③退院が延滞した理由としては病態の進行,栄養障害による回復遅延が最も多く,治療・看護や介護の必要性,日常生活動作の問題も高い頻度であり,高齢者要因・家庭要因が考えられた。④入院時治療計画について「よく説明をうけた」,入院時より退院を予測して初期看護計画を立案し看護介入をした事例は,そうでない群に比べ,在院日数が短い傾向があった。⑤入院中の治療についての説明はされていても退院後の治療についての説明は,医師・看護婦ともに十分に説明をしているのは低い頻度であった。これらのことから,医療従事者のインフォームドコンセントと計画的な介入が患者の満足度を高めることと,在院日数を短くし,効率的な医療へとつながる事が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10_description_30":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ（コンテンツの種類）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10_description_5":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録
