The percentage of parasitism in 2008 was 56% in early June and 70% or more after the middle of June. In an area where a natural population of S. divinus barine had survived, parasitism ranged from 0% to 41% in 2007 and 2008. The numbers of T. chilonis captured in sticky traps in the natural population area in June and July were fewer than those at the pupa release area. The average number of T. chilonis emerging from one egg of S. divinus barine was 1. 50 individuals. A relationship between egg parasitism of T. chilonis and the management methods (mowing, moorburn etc) applied in the habitation area of S. divinus barine was suggested. A relationship between egg parasitism of T. chilonis and the management methods (mowing, moorburn etc) applied in the habitation area of S. divinus barine was suggested. メアカタマゴバチによる寄生はオオルリシジミ卵期の重要な死亡要因とされているが, 現在まで定量的な研究はほとんどなされていない. 本研究は, 長野県安曇野においてメアカタマゴバチによるオオルリシジミの卵寄生の実態を定量的に把握し, 絶滅が危倶されているオオルリシジミの保全対策に資することを目的として, 卵のサンプリング調査と粘着トラップによる寄生蜂の個体数調査を実施した. その結果, 人工飼育をした踊が毎年放されている地域では, 2006 年と2007 年の寄生率は, 成虫発生初期の 6 月上旬では 30% 程度と低い値であったが 6 月中・下旬になると60%以上となり有意に高く ( P<0.05 ) なる傾向が見られた. その後, 2008 年には 6 月上旬から 56 %となり 6 月中旬以降は 70% 以上と高い寄生率となった. それに対して, 僅かに自然鏑体群が生息している地域では, 2007 年と 2008 年の調査で, 卵寄生率の範囲は 0% から最大で 41% と低かった. オオルリシジミが産卵する 6 月~ 7 月の期間では, 粘着トラップに捕獲されたメアカタマゴバチの個体数は, 踊放飼地域の方が自然発生地域より有意に多かった( P<0.05 ). しかし, 8 月になると自然発生地域の方が, 捕獲個体数は多くなる傾向が見られた. オオルリシジミ 1 卵あたりから羽化したメアカタマゴバチ成虫数は, 平均 1.50 個体であった. これらの結果から草刈りや野焼き等の生息地の管理方法の違いによりオオルリシジミの卵へのメアカタマゴパチの寄生率が影響を受けていることが示唆された.
