| 内容記述 | Reclamation on Nobeyama district was opened by the Emargence Reclamation at 1946. Nobeyama district is situated on the eastern foot of Mt. Yatsugatake, Nagano prefecture (1350m high above the sealevel), and its weather conditions (6.7℃ of average annual temperature) are severe for the vegetable growing. But recently, Nobeyama is famous as the production of vegetable on high and cool land. Some characteristics of farmland on Nobeyame are as follows : (1) the large-scaled farmland, (2) the grouping of farmland, (3) the typicals of farm management, with the combination of dairy farming and vegetable growing. In this paper, we are trying to explain the process of farm development, which maked up the farm management, and the actual condition of farmland. In chapter I, we examined about the contents and results of Agricultural Development Project (1953-1957), which was planned by the Nobeyama Reclamation Agricultural Co-oprative Society. The aim of this project was to introduce the dairy farming with the purpose of preserving the soil fertility and to change conbination management with vegetable growing and dairy farming. This farmland development was performed according to the following three points ; (1) the dispersion of assembled household (2) the enlargement of farmland (3) the grouping of farmland by the exchange and the consolidation. In chapter II, we examined the actural condition of farmland in more detail. The examined items were the following six (1) land use (2) distribution of land owner and dispersion of parcels (3) shape of parcels (4) farm road (5) irrigation and drainage (6) farmland conservation. | |||||||||||||||
