sibirica）について，健全木と劣勢木の枝のアロメトリー特性を比較した。健全木と劣勢木において1次枝の直径と長さの関係に差がなかった一方で，同じ直径に対するシュート数は劣勢木で少なく，特に長枝において減少が顕著であった。これらのことから，劣勢木は長枝を用いたフレームワークの形成よりも，短枝による同化器官の配置を進める傾向にあると考えられる。また直径に対するシュート数が劣勢木において小さいことから，劣勢木では健全木より通導面積に対する蒸散面積を小さくしていると考えられる。また当年性長枝数と萌芽長枝数の関係には，健全木と劣勢木で違いが認められなかったことから，劣勢木においてフレームワーク形成の推進が重要でないことが示された。",
