| 内容記述 | Forest labour is characterized by a high variety of outdoor tasks in the natural environment and thus differs clearly from that of other industries. Consequently, there should be special considerarions with respect to the compliance of the retirement lumpsum grants system too. This paper illuminates the history and present situation of the retirement lumpsum grants system in the forest labour sector. The research findings show that it is absolutely necessary to improve the retirement lumpsum grants system in the forest labour sector, even the economic frame conditions in the pastbubble period are very unfavourable. This is mainly, because the lumpsum grants system has been promoted greatly in other industries in the years before the end of the bubble economy. Thus, there is still today a big difference in height of lumpsum grants between the forest labour sector and other industries. | |||||||||
