内容記述 The α-galactosidase of brewer's bottom yeast has been resolved, using phosphate buffer of pH 7.0, and ionic strength 0.096, into at least four components by starch zone-electrophoresis. Since each seemed to be rather characteristic in aglycon specificity and since their resolution, for other reasons as well, could not be explained as due to artifacts occurring during the course of electrophoresis, it is probable that each component was initially present in the bottom yeast.
