内容記述 By dissolving high Polymer substance in the solvent, an insulating film has been produced. Its dielectric properties in dry and wet in moisture has been measured, and then the remarkable difference between the film which has the solvation and the film which has non-solvation has been recognized. Therefore, the dielectric characteristic formula has been obtained, managing the specimen as composite dielectrics. Having compared by several methods the dielectric characteristic of the specimen which has non-solvation with that of the same specimen impregnated with insulating oil, the characteristic of the dielectric constant of the cellulose derivative which varies with the change of frequency or of temperature has been cleard up.
