内容記述 We tried to make a cotton fiber covered with silk protein. Floss silk was dissolved with a neutral salt solution and pieces of cotton gauze were immersed in it. Coating was done most effectively in the presence of Mg++ ion, especially under acidic (pH 4-5) Conditions. getting a weight gain as much as 36% of the weight of the starting piece.
