| 内容記述 | Chinese cabbage, cabbage, radish and lettuce are major agricultural products of Nagano, and are main resource of dietary fiber. Although many breeding are progressing on these vegetables, less effort dealt dietary fiber as index. Because long and tedious work is needed to determine the content of dietary fiber, and every F2 progeny should be measured it for breeding, it has not been realistic to breed vegetables rich in dietary fiber. In this work, DNA technology and mapping will enable this effort offering molecular markers closely linked to the genes responsible to the content of dietary fiber. | |||||||||
