"留学生に対する日本語教育においては標準語教育が基本であるが、日本人学生が日常生活場面で使用している非標準語の教育を希望する声を留学生から聞くことがある。そこで信州大学工学部留学生5名を対象に非標準語との接触・使用・学習意識について面接調査を行い、ケーススタディ的に分析した。その結果、次のようなことが指摘できた。 ①まわりの日本人学生を通じて非標準語とよく接触している。日本人学生は留学生に対しても非標準語を使用している。 ②留学生も非標準語を習得し、使用している。③非標準語の学習経験はほとんどないが、まわりの日本人へのアコモデーション上、非標準語の習得を望み、社会言語学的能力を日本語の授業で身につけたいと考えている。以上の結果を日本語教育の立場から考察し、非標準語の教育を実施する際の課題を整理した。",
